Frequently asked questions
What's a MAWB number?
Eleven digits — a three-digit airline prefix, then an eight-digit serial. Enter it without dashes or spaces.
What does a container number look like?
Four letters then seven digits, like MSCU1234567. The last digit is a check digit, so a typo usually fails outright rather than returning the wrong box.
Nothing came back — why?
Most often the booking hasn't been loaded yet, or the carrier doesn't publish milestones publicly. Re-check the reference for a transposed character; if it's right, your Ameri-Connect contact can query the carrier directly.
How current is this?
Pulled live on every search — nothing is cached here. Carriers post their own milestones, so an event can show up hours after it happened.
