When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject analytics cookies. Analytics do not run and no analytics cookies are set until you accept. Essential cookies needed to operate the site are always active. Your choice is stored in your browser; clearing your browser storage will prompt the banner again.
Cookies we use
Essential (always on)
- Authentication — when you sign in to the portal or admin areas, our provider (Supabase) sets secure session cookies so you stay logged in. These are strictly necessary and are not set for anonymous visitors.
- Consent preference — we store your accept/reject choice locally so we don't ask on every visit.
Analytics (only after you accept)
- PostHog — product analytics that help us understand how the site is used. It is configured conservatively: automatic capture is off, session replay is disabled, on-screen inputs and text are masked, and shipment identifiers are stripped from URLs before any event is sent. It runs only after you accept.
- Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view measurement. We gate it behind the same consent choice for consistency.
